I hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organizers, sponsors, and volunteers of Wurst Tag. I also waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the town of Eustis, NE regarding the 2017 Wurst Tag Run to be held June 10, 2017 for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I hereby authorize the organizers and support personnel to obtain any appropriate medical aid I may require during this event. I acknowledge that I understand this event has a no refund policy and under no circumstances will I be reimbursed for any and all entry fees. I agree to the use of my name and picture in publicity and media coverage of this event. Your registration submission is the online equivalent of your ink-on-paper signature, and can be provided by typing your name where indicated.
