Our mission is dedicated to serving those most in need, especially the vulnerable, the hardest to serve, and those facing multiple challenges. Our work touches the mind, body, heart, and ultimately the spirit of those we serve, integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.

The Champion Plan is a Police Assisted Recovery program that helps individuals with Substance Use Disorders access the appropriate level of treatment. Recovery Coaches follow up with folks for up to two years.
