Huff N’ Cuff 5K fitness run/walk

I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with the running event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or cold, rain, sleet, or snow, traffic and conditions of the road all such risks being know and appreciated by me. Having read this wavier and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, wave and release Federal Bureau of Prisons, FMC Devens and staff, Town of Devens, Huff N’ Cuff race personal, and sponsors, their successors from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in the waiver. No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, baby joggers, strollers, roller blades/skates, pets, or headsets are allowed in this race. All runners 10 years old and younger must run with an adult 18 years old or older. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
