Brief Description
In an effort to adhere to social distancing measures while keeping the tradition alive for the 27th annual Village Runner 4th of July 5K, we are taking this year’s event virtual! All participants will receive a 4th of July Run t-shirt and patriotic swag all available for curbside pickup! Help us keep the tradition alive by running in your neighborhood while socially distancing and wearing your patriotic tees and race bibs! Portions of the proceeds go to Redondo Beach Educational Foundation.

The Virtual 5K Run/Walk and Firecracker Dash for Kids takes place on July 4th starting from your home or your favorite running spot. Have a great run celebrating the 4th of July while maintaining your social distance from those around you while conquering this year’s 5K. Be sure to wear your patriotic race day t-shirt and commemorative race bib and tag us in your photos.
Packet Pickup and Late Registration:
***Please note the Village Runner Redondo Beach location in the Riviera Village is moving just a few doors away from Trader Joes in early June***

Race packets will be available for curbside pickup from June 24th to July 3rd at the NEW Village Runner in Redondo Beach location. We are making packet pickup available over the span of ten days in an effort to alleviate crowds.

Give Back
Celebrate and give back to our local students. The Village Runner 4th of July 5K directly benefits the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation and other local schools and running programs. A portion of YOUR registration fee from this race and our St. Patrick's Day race goes to these deserving groups each year.
