11th Annual Marine Corps League Annual Mud Run( Cancelled)

In consideration of the for going, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, any custodial guardians, or any other person associated with any participant of this event, waive and release any and all right and claims for damages I have against the “Marine Mud Run” principles, United States Marine Corps, Winston-Salem Marine Corps League and Jomeokee Park & Campground, the heirs of Rex Greer Brown, County of Stokes, North Carolina and all their departments, Twin City Track Club, Racewire, all sponsors and their representatives and any and all claims, damages, demands, actions whatsoever in any manner as a result of my participation in said “Marine Mud Run” including, but not limited to any injuries I may suffer. I acknowledge that I am aware of any inherent risks in participating in an athletic event of this type. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have train sufficiently for the competition of this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. Further I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name, my likeness, my voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion, or other account of this event for any purpose whatsoever.
