Downtown 5k
Runners and walkers of all abilities welcome.
NOTE: This year the Downtown 5k will start and finish on Smith Street next to the Rhode Island statehouse. The Downtown 5k will start at 9:30 a.m. and the Youth races will start at 8:30 a.m.
NOTE. The rescheduled St Pat's 5k from 2020 will also be run on the same day over the same course. Start time for the St. Pat's 5k will be at 11:00 a.m.
The rescheduled 2020 Providence St. Patrick's Parade will also take place on Smith Street starting at noon.

Individual Registration:Register as an individual participant.
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry. I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Downtown 5K Inc. and its respective, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, the City of Providence, the State of Rhode Island, USATF, , any other sponsors, race officials, organizers and volunteer’s associates with this event for any injury that may occur as a result of my participation in this event. Further, I agree that any pictures or photographs taken of me by Downtown 5K, Inc., or their respective agents, in connection with this event are owned by Downtown 5K, Inc., and I waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product. I hereby irrevocably grant to Downtown 5K, Inc. or their respective assigns, the right and permission to use or license the use my name, likeness, voice, image or photograph of me, gathered in connection with this event, in any media or manner for the purpose of promotion of Downtown 5K, Inc., and their programs, including this event. I also agree and understand that the event date may change due to City or State COVID restrictions on events. Date and location may also be changed due severe weather or any unforeseen circumstances that cause a danger to participants or a decision by the city of Providence or by the state of Rhode Island.
