LMS
• Online registration ($10.00 or $25.00) will close on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 12:00PM.

All are welcome to participate. Children may run, walk, use scooters, dress up, etc. The point of this event is not so much the distance but that everyone is doing something LMS related on the same weekend. We encourage you to take videos of your participation efforts and send them to ddecker@lexmontessori.org or post them on the LMS Facebook Parent Connection. Raffle prizes will be randomly drawn from the pool of participants!

A generous donor within the LMS community has offered to match the amount of all registrations to this event (up to $4,000.00). This is so exciting! Thank you to our donor and all who register for this fun virtual family event.
Fundraising & Additional Donations (Voluntary)
•Proceeds from the LMS Family 5K Run/Walk go to the Community Support Fund (recently created in response to the pandemic). Shortly after registering for this event you will receive an email from 99PLEDGES giving access to your (or your family's) own sponsorship/fundraising page should you wish to raise money for LMS. This is totally voluntary and we ask that you simply disregard the email if you are not interested.

Would you like to make an additional donation? Please do so in the "Additional Donation" section near the end of the registration form.

• All donations are tax-deductible as LMS is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
Couch to 5K
The Couch to 5k "training" program started on April 18th and runs through the weekend of the event. Parents, students, faculty and staff have had a lot of fun with this challenge. Information has been posted on the LMS Facebook Parent Connection and in the LMS-at-Home Updates. No previous running experience necessary! The vision of the parents overseeing this training program is that adults and their child(ren) can run or walk with others going at their same pace.
