I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, am in good health and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest I will obey the rules of the race. I assume all risks associated with running this event including but not limited to fall, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather or conditions of the road. I accept all risks. I understand no bicycles, roller skates, roller blades or animals are allowed in the race. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts I waive and release RaceWire and the mishstrong organization and their successors from all claims or liabilities that may arise during my participation in this event. I grant permission for use of photographs or recording for any legitimate purpose. I understand there are no refunds in the event of a cancellation.
