About This Event
This is a 5k fun run/walk along the Blackmount Rail Trail in picturesque Haverhill, NH. The race follows an historic, converted railroad bed along the Connecticut River, and is primarily flat. All proceeds go to support the Woodsville High School Class of 2023.

Registration Types
Early Bird Individual ($29) - This registers an individual for the race, and comes with a free race t-shirt, race timing with online result posting, and a digital picture of you crossing the finish line. This registration type is only available through 05/18/2020.

Early Bird Team ($25 Each Member) - This registers an individual member of a team for the race, and comes with a free race t-shirt, race timing with online result posting, a digital picture of you crossing the finish line, and a picture of your team after the race. This registration type is only available through 05/18/2020.

Standard Individual ($39) - This registers an individual for the race, and comes with race timing including online result posting, as well as a digital picture of you crossing the finish line.

Standard Team ($29) - This registers an individual member of a team for the race, and comes with race timing including online result posting, as well as a digital picture of you crossing the finish line.

Student ($20) - This registers an individual High School or Middle School Student for the race, and comes with race timing including online result posting, as well as a digital picture of you crossing the finish line. A race T-Shirt is included if you register prior to 05/18/2020.

Student Sports Team ($5) - This registers an individual member of a student sports team team for the race, and comes with race timing including online result posting, as well as a digital picture of you crossing the finish line. (minimum team size is 6 runners). Race T-Shirt is included if you register before 05/18/2020.

5k Solo ($20) - This registration type is for those runners who want to run, be included, and support the kids, but can't make it to Woodsville on race day. This registration type will get you listed as a racer (you need to time yourself), and if you register prior to 05/18/2020 you get a free race t-shirt.
Business Partner/Vendor Information
Are you a business, or individual who would like to help financially support the class of 2023 by buying tax deductible advertising for the race? That's great news! We have several options for you below. As our ad spots fill up your business will be listed.

Platinum Partner (Cottage Hospital) : This partner is our main business partner for the race. Your business name will be included in the race name, and will be mentioned in all of our marketing materials including print, radio, and social media. Our Platinum Partner also gets a free team registration for up to 10 runners. Additionally, this partner's logo will have the entire upper third of the back of the t-shirt - Suggested Donation $800.00 - $1,000.00.

Gold Partner (Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank) - 24 of 25 Available: This partnership level is for businesses who wish to support the race at higher level, or vendors who want to sell their products at the start/finish line on race day. Partners in this tier will have their logo displayed on the bottom two thirds of the back of the t-shirt. The suggested donation for this level of partnership is $100.00 - $200.00.

I know that participating in a trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I enter and run this race certifying that I am medically able and properly trained. I assume any and all risks associated with running this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of extreme weather, contact with vehicles, and the conditions of the trails. Knowing these facts and in consideration with your acceptance of my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge the organizer of this event – The Haverhill Cooperative School District and any individual and organization associated with the trail run; local government and police; volunteers, and any and all sponsors, including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for or on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury foreseen or unforeseen, known and unknown. The undersigned further grants full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legal purpose. I also understand that entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance, race registrations are not transferable to other participants, future years races or other Haverhill Cooperative School District events and transferring between race types (up or down) is not allowed. The Race Director reserves the right to modify or cancel the race or course for safety concerns, trail condition concerns or natural disaster. In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of the race date – including course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration in addition to supporting the Woodsville High School Class of 2023. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision we make that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability. I agree to abide by the rules and decisions of race officials. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement by entering my name in the box below and continuing with the registration process.
