About This Event
The Heart of Hunger Challenge is a month-long health and exercise challenge to keep you moving this winter. Participants must register before February 1, 2021 and commit to run or walk a minimum of one mile, outdoors, every day in February.
Participants are required to log their distance each day during the challenge to be eligible for raffle prizes. Anyone who does not log their miles by February 28, 2021 by 11:59 pm will not be eligible for the Heart of Hunger Raffle.
Why Take This Challenge? In addition to keeping your body healthy and fit, all funds raised through your registration fee and a portion of our t-shirt sales support three United Way of Tri-County food pantries and two hot meal programs, serving thousands of individuals and families in need of food throughout the MetroWest/495 Corridor.
All participants who fulfill the month-long challenge will be entered into the Heart of Hunger raffle.
Cozy, long-sleeve t-shirts are also available for purchase.
Raffle Rules
All participants who log in their miles each day in February will be entered into our raffle. The more miles you log, the more entries you'll receive for the raffle. Raffle winners will be drawn after the challenge had ended.
28 - 55 miles logged - 1 raffle entry
56 - 83 miles logged - 5 raffle entries
84- -111 miles logged - 15 raffle entries
112+ miles logged - 50 raffle entries
