General Information
The Triple Crown is a running series in Lewiston/Auburn, Maine; usually consisting of three 5K races (YMCA Fit Fest, Emilys Run and The Bridge Run) held throughout the summer, open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. However this year due to COVID 19 we are combining all of the Triple Crown races into one in person race taking place on August 29th. This event will at Festival Plaza and will be run using the YMCA Fit Fest course.

This years 5K will follow all CDC guidelines and provide chip-timing, some refreshments, music and apparel for sale.

Free registration for all children ages 14 and under to participate in the Triple Crown 5K race!

Prizes to overall winners and 5 year age category awards!

Triple Crown 5K race starts promptly at 8:30 AM
Online Registration
Early bird registration = $25, until May 31st. Registration after May 31st = $30. Triple Crown 5K online registration closes Friday, August 27.

Refunds
Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deferments
Deferments from the 2020 Triple Crown Series will receive a promo code for free registration along with a free headsweats running hat. Deferments from a 2020 individual race will receive a promo code for free registration.
Overall Awards
Awards to top 3 male and female overall winners in each 5K race of the Series

Age Category Awards
Awards to top 2 male and female finishers in each age category (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+). Gift Certificates for 1st place age category winners. Gift Certificates for 2nd place age category winners.
Auburn Firefighters Kids Fun Run
A free Auburn Firefighters Local 797 Kids Fun Run will precede each 5K at 8:00 a.m. The run is free to all youngsters and registration will take place only on race day. All courses are approximately 800 meters long and designed for younger children.
