About this event:
update 5/3/21: We are sold out of the free medals and pool floats, but you can still sign up to support our race!

The Float Away 5k supports the North Attleboro K-12 Music Department, and is its 7th Annual Fun Run that supports Arts Education. This is a Virtual 5k, which means you can run 3.1 miles anywhere you'd like anytime between May 15-22, then submit your time to us to be included in our community results sheet.
What's a Virtual 5k?
Believe us, we miss the big crowds on race day too, but a virtual 5k has its benefits:
1) You can complete your 3.1 mile course anytime between May 15 - May 22, so you're guaranteed to have good weather.
2) Treadmills count, so complete your course while watching your favorite show.
3) Every participant gets a medal, not just the top 3 runners in each category.
4) The proceeds still benefit student musicians.
5) Signing up for a race helps give runners and walkers the motivation they need to keep moving and push themselves harder.
6) We could all use a new pool float! :-)
Medal/Pool Float pickup
Drop by North Attleboro High School on the 5k's last day, May 22, between 11:00-1:00 to pick up your 5k swag! A canopy will be setup outside door #2--drive up and you'll be handed your custom race medal and pool float. We'll even let you choose your favorite color from our supplies (Blue, Purple, Orange)
