So, Tell Me About This Virtual Race…
A virtual race is a run that can be done anywhere you choose, at any pace. We will welcome runners, walkers, and joggers of any age. The goal of this event is to be the world’s largest virtual race. Though you can even use your treadmill, one of the reasons for hosting this event is to get people outdoors. And we have some great not-for-profit partners who we are raising money for, specifically in healthcare and youth athletics.
How Does it Work?
This event is a fun run, so the only winner is you for getting out there and being active. You can run your race at your own pace, wherever you like.
How Do I Track my Distance and Time my Run?
We accept results on the honor system, so you can track your distance and time however you like. The most accurate way to do this is by using a running GPS watch, but there are also several free smartphone apps available for iPhones and Android devices.
What is a Digital Bib?
You will be able to download a personalized Digital Bib from our website after you register.
Can I Participate if I Live Abroad?
Yes, we anticipate runners from around the globe participating.
Can I use Social Media to Publicize my Run?
You bet! Show the online world your effort, take a selfie, share your racecourse, your bib, and your story. And don’t forget to use the hashtag #miles4mycommunity
When Will I Get my Medal and T-Shirt?
Sign up by the early bird deadline of 5/9 to insure you get your shirt and medal before race day!
How do you pick the charities you support?
Our goal is to support organizations who are helping address, or impacted by, the COVID 19 outbreak, as well as youth sports organizations.
Can I make additional donations to a charity?
Yes. In addition to your donation via registering for the run, the registration process enables you to make an additional charitable donation to one of our designated charity partners.
I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Stack Sports, RaceWire, sponsors, coordinating groups and any individuals associated with the event, their representatives and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with this event. I attest that I am physically fit to compete in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my likeness in all media including photographs, pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
