About the Race
Welcome to the Fifth Annual Find Your Pulse event presented by Cross Jenks Mercer Maffei LLP! All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Baraboo.
The event will begin and end on Third Avenue adjacent to the Sauk County Courthouse in Baraboo, WI.
All registrants will receive a race shirt.
Live music and food/refreshment vendors will be on-site for post-race festivities!
Kids Zone will include activities such as a climbing wall and bouncy house, weather permitting.
Online registration is available through 11:59pm Sunday, September 12, 2021. After that, register in person at Pulse Fitness & Training, or on race day at the registration/packet pick-up station on Third Avenue adjacent to the Courthouse.
Packet Pick-up: Pulse Fitness on September 17, 2021 4pm-6pm, and Third Avenue adjacent to the Courthouse Square on race day 7:30am-8:45am.

Start: Corner of Third Ave and Oak St to First Ave
Left on First Ave
Left on Water St
Right on Effinger
Right on Manchester Rd
Left on Mill Race Dr
Left on Hill St.
Left on Kessler Rd.
Continue on Cty Rd W to its halfway point
Turn around and retrace course back to the Courthouse on Third Ave
5k route will follow the same route, but will turn around at its halfway point on Hill St.
Aid stations will be located through out the course.

I know that running and/or volunteering for a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury, illness, or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Find Your Pulse 5k, Half Marathon, and Kids Run in the city of Baraboo, and all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
