In consideration of your accepting my registration, or my child's registration, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claim for damages I, or my child, may give against: the Town of Winchester, its officers and employees, En Ka Society, Inc., and its officers and members, all persons involved with the event, and any and all volunteers and sponsors, for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my child at this activity. I acknowledge that I am participating in the activity outlined by this in person event by my own free will and I acknowledge that this activity has some risk of physical injury, which I am willing to assume. I consider myself, or my child, to be medically able and in appropriate physical condition to participate in this activity. I will abide by all state and local community health and safety regulations in place at the time of my participation. I will abide by any race officials direction or instruction regarding my ability to safely compete in this event. I further understand that all fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
