I hereby certify that I have carefully read, understand, and agree to the entry form and the terms and conditions published by the Amory Railroad Festival Run, including but not limited to information about risk, preparation, medical condition, authorization forassistance, rules concerning therace, and the waiver and release of all claims. In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Amory Railroad Festival Run, the city, volunteers, all sponsors and any other organizations associated with this race, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event or arising out of participation in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for this race. However, I do give any medical professional permission to assist me should I need it.
