Packet Pickup and Registration Saturday, November 19
Packet Pickup will take place Saturday, November 19 from 9 am to 11 am at Billerica Memorial High School, 35 River Street, Billerica, MA 01821. Packets can also be picked up the day of the race. You can also register for the race on Saturday at Packet Pickup as well.

Parking
Parking is available at the high school with additional parking at the Parker Elementary School
Events
10:00 - Free Tot Trot (ages 11 and under) around the track. The Tot Trot is free for everyone 11 and under.

10:40 - Day of race registration and check-in closes.

11:00 - And they're off! 5K for runners and walkers of all ages- officially timed by RaceWire. The 5K starts and ends at the school, traveling through the surrounding roads and neighborhoods.

$30 – Preregistration online—No Registration Fee! Or $25 by mail
$35 – Day of Race registration
$15 – Senior Citizens
$15 – Pre-registration for students ages 13 and under who are running/walking the 5K
*Family Cap: $80

11:30-12:30- Post-Race Fun and Activities: Dancing, Zumba, tons of food, a bouncy house and an award ceremony.
Proceeds
All profits from this event go to support the Billerica Partners for Education (bped.org) Innovation Grant Program for BPS teachers.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Race Organizers, the Race City, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. All fees are nonrefundable. I also allow my name to be posted in the results in various media such as newspaper, periodicals and the web.
