COME OUT AND EXERCISE BEFORE THE BIG MEAL!
The City of Upland Recreation and Community Services Division along with the Upland High School Boys and Girls Cross Country Team are proud to announce the 15th Annual Turkey Trot 5K & 1K Run/Walk on Thursday, November 24! This is our 3rd and final 5K in our Upland Trifecta Challenge, open to runners, and walkers of all ages and abilities - the perfect way to kick off your Thanksgiving festivities! Funds generated through this great community event will help the Upland High School’s Boys and Girls Cross Country Team.
TURKEY TROT 5K RUN/WALK ROUTE:
The Turkey Trot 5K Will Begin And End At San Antonio Park Located In The City Of Upland.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
TURKEY TROT 5K:
Check-In/On-Site Registration: 6:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
Start Time: 8:00 a.m. SHARP

1K Kids' Dash (9 Years & Younger):
Check-In/On-Site Registration: 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
Start Time: 7:30 a.m.
FEES:
*Run! The Early Bird Registration Applies Through Monday, October 24, 11:59 p.m.: $30 5K/$20 1K Kids' Dash.
*Late Registration/Morning Of Event: $35 5K/$25 1K Kids' Dash.
*Online registration is available through Friday, November 18, 11:59 p.m.
*Event T-shirts are guaranteed for all registration through Thursday, November 10.

Group Discounts: Group discounts are offered for groups of 5 or more. To receive the $4 per person group discount, all entries need to be processed at the same time. A registrant does not have an option to go back at a later time to add additional entries to receive the group discount.
AWARDS:
*Participation Medals Provided To All Participants.
*Prizes And Medals Will Be Awarded To Overall Finisher - Male & Female
*Medals Will Be Given To 1st Place Finishers In Each Age Category Of The 5K Run/Walk. 1st Place Will Not Be Awarded To Participants Under the Age Of 10 Years For The 5K Race.
BIB & SWAG BAG PICK-UP:
*Bibs & Swag Bag (Including T-Shirt) Will Be Available For Pick-Up At The Gibson Senior Center Located At 250 N. Third Avenue, Upland On Wednesday, November 23, 2:00 p.m. To 6:00 p.m.
REFUND POLICY:
*All Entry Fees Are Non-Refundable.
*The Entry Fee For This Year's Event Is Not Transferable To Another Participant Or Next Year's Event.
*This Event Will Be Held Rain Or Shine.

This is intended to release and hold harmless the City of Upland and its elected officials, officers, employees, contractors and agents. I understand that I must be in good health prior to participating in the activity. I understand that serious accidents occasionally occur to participants during such an activity, transportation to or from such an activity, and during activities incidental to such an activity. Knowing these risks, I expressly assume those risks and agree that under no circumstances will I nor any of my heirs or successors present any claim or action against the City of Upland. I do hereby give permission for any certified emergency professional or health care professional to administer any type of medical treatment deemed necessary to the participants listed above in case of an emergency and in the event that I cannot be contacted. I have read the foregoing and acknowledge that I am giving up important rights by signing this agreement. Photo Release: I give permission to the City of Upland and RaceWire to photograph myself &/or any of the participants listed above for use in any future City publication at any time, for as long as the City of Upland possesses the photograph, and I acknowledge that neither myself nor any participants listed above will receive any compensation for such use.
