Photo and Name: I, as the runner, or as the parent or guardian of the above-named runner, grant permission for the use of my or the above-named runner's name and/or photo in any broadcast, photography or other account of this event, and also the use of my or the above-named runner's photo by Shattuck Partners in their general marketing, fundraising and promotional materials in print and online. In consideration of my registration for this event, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and discharge Shattuck Partners, Inc., their employees, volunteers and consultants, the City of Boston, and any and all race sponsors from all claims, damages, rights of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of, or in incident to, my preparation for and participation in this event. I will abide by all City of Boston Parks Department Rules and Regulations, including no consumption of alcohol or use of tobacco or tobacco products in all parks.
