Location & Post Race Celebration
Start & Finish one block from Chelsea Station Restaurant. Post-event Celebration sponsored by Chelsea Station Restaurant and Bar at 105 Everett Avenue in Chelsea, MA, includes lunch and 2 drink tix for all registered runners.
Parking & Directions
The race start and finish one block from Chelsea Station Restaurant in Chelsea, located at 105 Everett Avenue. Please make every effort not to block the race area; you are allowed to park in the Market Basket Plaza across the street.
Walkers
Walkers are welcome! Please be aware that the race roads will only be closed until approx. 10:30 a.m., at which time we encourage all walkers to continue with the race on or near the sidewalk. Volunteers will still be on the course to direct you at busy intersections and turns, but we are racing through a very hectic area of Chelsea, so please stay aware and safe at all times.
About the Chelsea Chase 5k
The mission of the Jordan Boys & Girls Club is to help young people, ages 6-18, especially those who need us most, build strong character and realize their full potential as responsible citizens and leaders. This year, the CC5K will be supporting Keystone Club, our teen leadership group, as they work towards attending the Annual National Keystone Conference, a week of workshops and sessions that introduces new skills and experiences to these young leaders.
This event not only focuses on character and leadership development of our Club members, but also giving back to the community through our strong relationship with the Chelsea Police Department.
The Chelsea Police Relief Association’s mission is to provide death benefits to families of officers; since CPRA began, the City of Chelsea has lost six officers. This event takes place of calls for support that took place in the past to support this very worthy cause.

Number Pick Up
On Friday, May 10th, the day before the race, you can pick up your number and shirt at the Jordan Boys & Girls Club, 30 Willow Street in Chelsea from 10am-8pm. On the morning of the race, you can pick up your number at the registration table starting at 8am, which will be located at the Chelsea Station Restaurant.
T-Shirts
First 150 registered runners receive the race shirt; additional shirts may be ordered if you are registered early enough. Sign up today!
Awards
Top runner in all age categories will receive a certificate and small gift for their efforts and success. Age categories include 15 & under, 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up for men and women. Also special awards for first Chelsea resident to finish, first Boys & Girls Club member, alum, and staff, and other special awards.
