Be the Light 5K Run/Walk
The Be the Light 5K run/walk is to support Mental Health Awareness and raise funds to support the Be the Light Non-Profit Organization. The goal of this 5K is to raise awareness for the resources available to support those in need. Join us in an effort to eliminate suicide, and help any person struggling with their own mental health.

We will be having a 5K fun Run/walk which will start promptly at 9:30am, as well as a Kids Fun Run that will begin at 9am!

There will be medals for the top 3 in each age group.

**If you do not register before August 1, 2025 you are not guaranteed a Tshirt.**
