In consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the Newport Public Education Foundation, race officials, volunteers and sponsors, and each of their agents and representatives for any and all injuries, damages and/or claims of any description (including, but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and the condition of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me) which might arise out of the Run For Education and all activities in any way connected therewith. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the event in which I am participating. Further, I grant permission for the race committee to use my name/picture/likeness in all media including photographs, pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
