5K and 10K Races
Both 5K & 10K races start at Arrowhead Credit Union Park (280 South "E" Street), home of the Inland Empire 66ers, will proceed onto City streets along Historic Route 66 and will finish at Arrowhead Credit Union Park at home plate. Timekeeping by PRIMETIME. Race Results will be made available to local media and posted on City's website, www.sbcity.org. USATF sanctioned.

Mayor's Mile
The Mayor's Mile will be held inside Arrowhead Credit Union Park only. All proceeds from the race will fund youth community activities. The race is a loop of the stadium's warning field track. All youth receive a finisher award regardless of place.
About the Event
The Mayor's Run on Route 66 starts at Arrowhead Credit Union Stadium. All proceeds will benefit local youth programs. Registration begins at 7am.

I, the undersigned, understand the following:
I am aware that recreational activities can be hazardous and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the hazards involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death. * The CITY is not responsible for participants' injuries or damages occurring from "hazardous recreation activities" [CA Government Code 831.7]. * The CITY does not provide participants with medical insurance or treatment for injuries. In the event of sudden illness, accident or injury which may occur while involved in these activities which are supervised by the City of San Bernardino or contractors, I hereby give my consent pursuant to California Civil Code #25.8 for emergency treatment as shall be necessary under the circumstances by any physician, dentist, hospital clinic, nurse or medical care provider licensed under the laws of the State of California. I agree to pay all costs for any such treatment. * I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CITY and its departments, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims or sums which the CITY or any of its departments, agents, officers, or employees may be obligated to pay by reason of any liability of any kind imposed upon them, including damages to property or injury or death of persons, arising out of the performance of the services rendered by me or caused by any error, omission, or act of myself or of any person employed by me or of any others for whose acts I am legally liable. Said sums shall include, in the event of legal action, court costs, expenses of litigation, and reasonable attorney’s fees. The costs, salary and expenses of the City Attorney and members of his office in enforcing this Agreement on behalf of the CITY or myself shall be considered as “attorney’s fees” for the purpose of this paragraph.
