Where can you park?
Unfortunately there is no street parking available. There are two pay parking lots in the

Navy Yard. —at the MGH lot or the Nautica lot. (Enter Navy Yard at Gate 5 to park).
How do you get to the Navy Yard? Where in the Navy Yard?
Enter at Gate 4 and you will see signs for registration, etc. (No cars will be allowed through Gate 4).

How about public transportation?
The Charlestown Navy Yard is closest to the orange line. The best stop is North Station—from there cross the North Washington Bridge and turn right at the end of the bridge at City Square (Papagayo Restaurant and Emack and Bolio's Icecream). Keep walking along Chelsea Street until you arrive at Gate 4 of the Navy Yard and you will see signs to registration, etc.
How about registration the day of the race?
If you want to register the day of the race or miss pre-registration, you can come to

registration any time after 7:30 a.m. the morning of the race.
When does registration start?
Registration is open by 7:30 a.m. the morning of the race in the Navy Yard.
When do the races start?
The 2k Parent/Child Fun Run starts at 9:15 a.m. and the 8K race starts at 10:00 a.m.
I just registered, will I get a t-shirt?
T-shirts go to the first 400 runners. We can’t be sure until registration lists are compiled

exactly who will get shirts. If you don’t, feel free to check at registration at the end of the

race because we sometimes have extras at the end.
