What is the Musical Chairs World Championship?
Oh Boy! Where do we begin? Well, it may just be the most fun you'll ever have in public.

The Musical Chairs World Championship is the perfect opportunity for YOU to become a WORLD CHAMPION! The MCWC is an 18+ Musical Chairs Competition! This is sure to be more fun than any game of Musical Chairs you've ever played, and certainly more rewarding! The Competition features a $2,500 prize pool paid out among the top placing finishers, and will crown one competitor as the Musical Chairs World Champion!!

Once you've found your last seat in the game, it's time to party! Food, beverages (alcoholic & non), and music will keep you entertained as you enjoy the rest of the event! You'll also be able to watch and cheer on your friends as they attempt to capture this one-of-a-kind title!!

As with any World Championship Event, we do have rules in place to ensure safety, fairness, and of course, that everyone is having an amazing time. Since many of our competitors haven't competed in Musical Chairs in several years, we've posted the Official Rules right here on our website.

Heat Times
Heat Times: You will choose your heat time as part of the registration process. If you are on a team please keep in mind only so many people from each heat will move on to the next round so you may want to spread out over numerous heats.

Your heat time is the time you are expected to be ready to participate. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your heat time.

This year we have organized a great way to raise money for organizations, groups, teams and non-profits. If you choose to receive more information about this program during the registration process we will send you a detailed email within 48 hours that will give you all the information on how to register to create, join or donate to a fundraising "Group".

*If you are a fully determined 501(c)3 an additional five dollars will be donated per ticket purchased to play in the event.

I, _________________________________________________________, in exchange for myself or my minor being permitted to participate in the Musical Chairs World Championship (herein The Event), agree and acknowledge as follows: 1. SmithFest Events, Inc along with their owners, employees, staff, and assigns (Herein SMITHFEST) is conducting an Event called Musical Chairs World Championship as noted above. I will participate in the game. The Event will be held rain, shine, no refunds will be provided for non-attendance due to inclement weather. 2. I know the Event activities are potentially dangerous and that I could be injured or even killed, but I accept them anyway and assume all risks (including the inherent danger of the Event; the negligence or intentional acts of any person including myself or my minor, inadequate attire, dangerous ground conditions, spectator interference, natural causes, and all other causes of injury, damage or loss). I understand the game rules and accept responsibility for taking precautions necessary to participate safely. If I am injured, I will not make any claim against SMITHFEST. I will also indemnify (reimburse) SMITHFEST if any other person makes a claim coming as a result of my own actions. 3. I understand SMITHFEST does not provide medical services or insurance and that my ticket fee is non-refundable under any conditions and does not include these benefits. 4. I know the Event will be conducted on land not belonging to SMITHFEST, and that because SMITHFEST may not be familiar with any dangerous conditions there, it has no duty to provide warning of conditions for which they may not be aware of. 5. I will at all times conduct myself in a careful manner, will not injure or damage any other person or property and will obey all laws, Event Rules, and Event Staff (including security personnel engaged by SMITHFEST). I will not while participating be under the influence of any alcohol, drug, or substance nor consume any of these. 6. I do not have any mental, physical, or other health conditions, which would make my participation in the Event inadvisable or dangerous. 7. I am not an employee of SMITHFEST and have no rights other than to participate in the Event. 8. If I am injured or have any other type of loss or damage (including theft of personal property), I will not make any claim against SMITHFEST. I will also indemnify SMITHFEST if any other person makes a claim coming as a result of my own actions. 9. I understand that in participating in this event, I give full release of my image to SMITHFEST for promotional, marketing, and other business purposes. 10. I agree that my being permitted to participate in the Event is adequate consideration for the releases, waivers, and indemnities given herein. SIGNED AND AGREED AND AGREED: Participant Parent/Gaurdian SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
