Course Description
If you are looking for a challenging and scenic run the PBR 5K bandit run in Waltham is for you.
The 3.1 mile course has 1.5 miles of paved road and 1.6 mile of trails, featuring granite stairs, 480 foot elevations, panoramic views from "Little Prospect" and "Boston Rock" and a downhill finish at the stone pillars.

Number Pick-up/Registration
Number pick up and registration will be available at Greater Boston Running Company Friday September 6 th from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday September 7 from 12 - 1:30 p.m. at Prospect Hill Waltham. Additional $5 charge for Friday/Saturday registrations.
Plenty of parking in the park.
The Mission
All funds raised from the PBR will benefit the Waltham Track Club and the RAW Series. The WTC was founded in 1976 and is a non-profit organization in which offers instruction and competition in track and field, cross country, road racing, and marathon running to participants of all abilities from in and around the Waltham area (you do not have to be a Waltham resident to become a member). The PBR is proud to be part of the Race Around Waltham (RAW) Series which encourages participation in all Waltham races and tracks runners, walkers and volunteers for prizes. Runners and walkers welcome -- tell your friends and bring the kids!
