Healing little Hearts
Healing little Hearts was started by Marc & Kelly Weglowski to help fund pediatric cardiac research being done at Boston Children's Hospital. To date Healing little Hearts has raised over $600,000 for the research being done at Boston Children's for tissue engineered heart valves. This life saving research will make a big difference in the lives of children born with congenital heart defects. For more information please visit www.healinglittlehearts.com
Thank you for your participation in our 1st Annual Healing little Hearts 5K and Kid's Fun Run. You may join in as an individual runner, create or join a team, run in honor or in memory of someone special, or simply donate. You truly are making a difference.

Registration
Registration fees for 5k $20.00
12 and under $15.00
kids fun run $5.00
T-shirts
T-shirts for the first 150 registrants (100 adult, 50 for 12 and under)
Parking
Parking will be limited, please plan accordingly. St. Anthony's Church and Town Wharf parking will be available in addition to some street parking. There will be no access to parking in the Center School parking lot.
Number pick up
You can pick up numbers the evening before the race from 3-5pm at Center School and the morning of the race up until 9:45.
Kids Fun Run
Fun run will be held at 9:30am prior to the 5k and will be a half mile loop around the school.

WAIVER (Read before signing) I know that participation in this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of any race official as to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather including high heat and humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Town of Mattapoisett, Center School, the Healing little Hearts Foundation, race officials, volunteers, and all sponsors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes. I know that dogs, bicycles, in-line skates, baby strollers and baby joggers are not allowed on the course.
