About
We are looking for Volunteers for the 2014 "America's Fastest 5K" Run Westfield's Flat Fast 5k.
We are also looking for some Volunteer Team Leaders. You would be the main contact for a task (example a Water Stop), and direct a group of people to complete the task. If you are interested please check the box further in this registration.
T-Shirt
All Registered Volunteers will receive a T-Shirt.
Directions
Start - Westfield State University South Lot. Finish - near Elm St and Arnold St Downtown Westfield. Shuttle service will be available between the Start and Finish.
I would like to volunteer for Run Westfield's Flat Fast 5k. I assume all risks associated with volunteering for this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Run Westfield LLC, City of Westfield, USA Track&Field, Sponsors, and any other individuals, entities, and organizations associated with this race from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my volunteering for this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I also grant permission for the use of my name and or picture in any broadcast, photograph or any other account of this event.
Parents or legal guardians of volunteers under the age of 18 years, must intial this waiver.
