Event Information
About This Event
The 2015 Run Milton Half-Marathon, sponsored by Milton Boot Camp, is the second annual race fundraiser for the Friends of the Milton Council on Aging (COA) Transportation Fund, which covers the cost of transporting seniors to and from medical appointments. The fund raises money annually to offset the charges incurred for this important service to the town's growing senior population.
Our 13.1-mile race will take runners through the beautiful town of Milton, Mass. All net proceeds will be donated to the Friends of the Milton COA Transportation Fund.
In February, the Milton Times named Run Milton as the “Best Annual Event” in Milton for 2014, our inaugural year. We also were honored by the South Shore Road Race Guide as “Best First Year Race” as voted by members of the running community in the “Best of 2014 South Shore Road Race Guide” published in March.
