Race Time Information
7:30 am – Registration and Packet pick up 9:30am - Kids 1 mile Fun Run 10:00am – 5k Run/Walk (race will begin shortly after all participants from the Fun Run have crossed the finish line)
Entry Fees
5K - $24, w/shirt before May 4th only online Fun Run $10, w/o shirt online Fun Run with Shirt before May 4th only online (Please indicate size in comments: Youth SM/MED/LG) 5k - Same day Registration $30, w/o shirt (Cash or Credit Only) Fun Run - Same day Registration $10 w/o shirt
Packet Pickup
Saturday May 16th, 2015 7:30 AM until race time at Webster Middle School (75 Poland Street) Friends and/or family members may collect your packet for you. Just send them with a copy of your confirmation email. If we experience a high number of registrations we will add a pick up date!
Start Line Staging
Please let faster runners get to the front of the start line. We do allow participants with strollers/baby joggers but ask that those runners go to the back and keep clear of the other runners
Safety
Due to the fact a portion of this race is run on streets shared with traffic, all runners need to exercise caution & stay to the right as much as possible.
Timing
We will be using Racewire chip system. Each participant will receive a chip attached to their race bib when they pick up their race materials at packet pickup. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is… Clearly visible on the front of your torso Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle) Pinned in all four corners Not covered Note: Kids Fun Run will not have chips!
Race Route
Start in front of WMS main entrance. Run around the back of WMS (in the direction traffic drives) Run past the BHS gym entrance, and take a R onto the BHS driveway. Take a left onto Poland St at the BHS entrance. Take a right onto Klebart Ave. Take a right onto School St. Take a right onto First St Take a L onto Myrtle Ave Take a R onto Elm St Take a L onto Harris St and a quick R onto Lyndale Ave. Merge R onto Poland St Follow Poland St to main BHS entrance Follow BHS driveway back to the entrance of WMS.
