ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for the third annual 5K Donut Dash! This is a family friendly event, held during the annual Plainville Fall Fest, and is open to all runners, joggers and walkers. For every donut consumed during the race, three minutes will be subtracted off the participant's finish time! Please note that as a participant you can choose NOT to eat any donuts, also! All proceeds benefit the Random Smile Project, the Plainville Food Pantry, the KP Cares Fund, and the St. Vincent De Paul Society. Prizes to be awarded to the top finishers in each category.
COURSE
This 5K Donut Dash will approximately begin and end at the Old Beatrice Wood School, 200 South Street, in Plainville, MA. The course takes you up Fuller Street, across Walnut Street, down West Bacon Street, and then back on South Street to the finish line.
DIVISIONS
If you would like to register for the 5K as a runner only, please choose the "Old Fashioned Donut" division.

If you would like to register for the 5K with donut consumption, please choose the "Glazed Donut" division.

For families of three or more (parents and small children in the same household), please register in the "Box of Munchkins" division. Add each child's name under the "additional Munchkin" subevent.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking on-site at the Old Beatrice Wood School, 200 South Street, Plainville, MA. Please note that event registration will be at the Plainville Library, adjacent to the Old Beatrice Wood School.
T-SHIRTS
Remember to place your order for a t-shirt. For late registrations or same-day registrations, we cannot guarantee that a t-shirt will be available. Please note that any participant registering after September 20 will not be guaranteed a T-shirt.
NUMBER PICKUP
Number pickups will be available both at the Dunkin Donuts at 4 Taunton Street in Plainville on Saturday, October 3, from 4-6 pm, and the morning of the race. Please note there will be no refunds issued for registrants.

I know that running a road race is potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my initials, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heart and/or humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Random Smile Project, the Plainville Food Pantry, the KP CaresFund, the St. Vincent De Paul Society, the Donut Dash Committee and the Plainville Lions Club, the town of Plainville, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photograph, motion pictures, or recording or any other record of this even for any legitimate purpose. Please note that if you are under 18 years of age, a parent must sign a waiver before participation in the race. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states.
