About This Event - NEW INFO ADDED!
NEW! - In order to create the best possible racing experience for our participants, we have made the decision to change the LOCATION of our event to NARA Park in Acton, MA (25 Ledge Rock Way). NARA Park is located off of Rt 27 (Main St.) in Acton and is an easy 10 minute drive from our original location in Littleton. There is plenty of parking right on site, and portable restrooms will be available for use. We apologize for the inconvenience in changing the location, but we are excited to host our race at this beautiful park!
The American Cancer Society is excited to present the first Turkeys Against Cancer 5K & Fun Run. This race bring together runners, walkers, families, and children for a fun filled morning of running, walking, games, and activities.
In addition to our 5K run/walk we are hosting a 1 mile fun run for kids under age 12. We are also offering special discount registration to students under 18 years old. There will be a variety of family games and activities for children at NARA Park free of charge!

Course - NEW!
The 5K course will follow the walkway around NARA Park for 3 loops.
There will be a water table along the loop.
Awards
Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers.
Prizes will be awarded at 12:30 p.m. in NARA Park near the check-in table.
T-shirts
Because we want to support the mission of the American Cancer Society as much as possible, we are limiting t-shirts to the first 30 registrants only. Although we will do our best to accommodate your t-shirt size request, due to a limited order, we cannot guarantee that we will have your exact size.
T-shirts will be short sleeved, uni-sex, and cotton.
Number Pick Up
Numbers can be picked up in NARA Park beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the race.
Post Race Fun
Stick around after the 5K walk/run to watch our 1 mile kids Fun Run. There will also be a variety of family friendly games and activities for children to participate in free of charge.
Water and snacks will be available for all participants. Water has been generously donated by Donelan's Supermarket in Littleton.
Parking
There is a large parking lot adjacent to NARA Park that all of our participants are encouraged to use.
Directions - UPDATED
NARA Park is located in Acton, MA and is easily accessible via routes 495 and Rt 2.
If you are coming from the North, take 495 South to exit 31. Bear right toward Littleton Center MA-119 East (Great Rd.). Continue to follow Great Rd. into Acton (approximately 4 miles). Turn left onto Acorn Park Dr. and bear right onto Harris St. Follow Harris St. for 0.6 miles and then turn left onto Main St. Rt 27 N. Follow Main St. for 0.25 mi and turn left onto Ledge Rock Way (you should see a sign for NARA Park). Continue to follow Ledge Rock Way until you reach the NARA Park parking lot on your right.
If you are coming from the South, take route 495 North to Exit 31. Turn right on the exit ramp toward Littleton Center MA-119 East (Great Rd.). Follow directions above to reach NARA Park.
If you are arriving in Acton via Rt 2 take ext 42 (Acton/Hayward) and follow signs for Rt 27 N Main St. Acton. Follow Rt 27 North towards Chelmsford. Take a left onto Ledge Rock Way and follow the road until you reach NARA Park on your right.
Strollers and Dogs
Strollers and dogs are both welcomed at our event! All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and owners are required to pick up after their pets. We ask that participants running or walking with a stroller or dog please remain on the right hand side of the path during the race to allow others to easily pass on the left.
