Course
The course is a relatively FLAT FAST COURSE. The course is certified By the USATF. Registration will open up at 0900. Walkers will start at 1000 and Runners at 1100. Held In Conjunction with the Nashua River Brew Fest.
About this Event
The Fitchburg Police Relief Association has been putting on this 5K road race for 24 years. We are proud to have such a well established race that supports local charities. This Year we will be supporting the Veterans Homestead. This organization addresses the needs of Veterans through housing, Job training, and Education, Hospice, substance abuse services, a holistic farm program and a service dog program.

Awards
Medals to all age group winners First through third place. Medals to Overall Walkers Male and Female First through Third place. Money prizes to overall male and female, First place through Third place. ( 1st $200.00, 2nd $75.00, 3rd $50.00. Two random $100.00 prizes where All finished runners BIB # are put into a hat and two are chosen.
tshirts
Complimentary race tshirt to the first 250 registered participants. First come first serve, so register early.
Post race party
Post race BBQ featuring a complimentary Hamburger or hot dog for all participants along with a beverage. We have also partnered with the Nashua River Brewers Fest. This great event held right across the street from the Race, the same day, features a number of New England Based Breweries. Your BIB Number gets five bucks off the admission.
