By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows: Liability Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive any and all claims for damages I may have against Shoreline Frontrunners and all sponsors or any other individuals associated with the above for any and all injuries sustained in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of the race. I grant permission for a doctor and/or medical professional to take medical action in case of an emergency. I grant to Shoreline Frontrunners of Long Beach, its representatives and officers the right to take photographs of me in connection with the Long Beach Pride run. I authorize the Shoreline Frontrunners of Long Beach, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Shoreline Frontrunners of Long Beach may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in a race and certify that I have read this statement and understand it in full.
