Mission
The 6th Annual HUSSDOG JOG will commemorate the passing of Steven R. Hussey by bringing family, friends, and the town of Pembroke together in a celebratory 5k and 2 mile walk! Join us to help raise awareness and provide support to individuals and their families who have suffered from a stroke.

Proceeds to benefit the nonprofit Stroke Rehabilitation and Healing (SRH). SRH's mission is to raise awareness regarding the challenges met by stroke patients and their families. We will work to increase the support and services that are offered to stroke patients and their families, and provide necessary equipment for in-home recovery/rehabilitation. We hope to increase the quality of life and longevity of those who suffer from a stroke.
Registration
Registration will begin at 7 AM at the Pembroke Soccer Fields. Registration will last until 8 AM sharp. Please arrive early to pick up your bib number and t-shirt!

Course
5K (3.1 miles) – ROUTE

Take a left onto Learning Lane
Left onto Hobomock Street
Left onto Standish Street
Right onto Forest Street
Right onto Valley Street
Right onto Plain Street
Right onto Lake Street
Continue to Hobomock Street
Take a right back onto Learning Lane to the end

2 MILE WALK – ROUTE

Take a right at the end of the road onto Learning Lane
Follow to the end of Learning Lane and walk around the circle
Head back down Learning Lane to the race start (stay opposite side of runners)
Repeat this one more time to complete 2 miles.
Awards
5k: Top male(s) & female(s) finishers overall and in each age group.

Prizes will be given to top three walk finishers.

Parking information will follow.
Post-Race Event
Similar to previous years join us after the race for music, raffles, and food! PJ the DJ will be providing day of entertainment. Please remember to bring CASH or CHECK for raffles and food the day of the event. There will be several small and large raffle baskets. Additionally there will be snacks and drinks available.

There will be water stations along the route and mini waters will also be provided to runners/walkers!

Race management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of management's control such as weather, natural disasters or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Management may also alter the course and distances for the safety of the athletes.
