2nd Annual Farmer's Day 5K & 3K Walk
Who we are......
The MoCo Cancer Awareness Team, Inc. is hosting their second annual 5K Run and 3K walk. This organization partners with the WV Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program; Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health; and WVDHHR to provide support for our WV residents.. The main goal of the MoCo Cancer Awareness Team is to provide information and support to aide women and men in diagnostic and treatment for Breast and Cervical Cancer. We are a non profit organization sends proceeds to the WV Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program.
About race day: Please plan to arrive by 7:30 if you haven't already pre-registered. If you have pre-registered, please come at 7:45. Your t-shirt and tag information will be available when you check in for the day. Parking: please plan to park off of main street. This is where the race will start and end. Farmer's Day activities will follow the race including: a parade, corn hole tournament, pool, music on the streets from live bands, local food along the streets, etc.

Ages: 10& under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69. Prizes awarded in 5K run to top 3 Male/Female in each age group & Overall Male/Female. Walkers awarded participant ribbons. All cancer survivors will be recognized & awards given.

In consideration of my signing this agreement, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, and my administrators, assume any and all risks that might be associated with the 3K and 5K Walk and Run. I waive any and all rights and claims for injuries or damages which I may have against the organizers and sponsors of this event and the WV Breast and Cervical Screening Program; Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health; WVDHHR; and their representatives, successors, and assignees,for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me as a result of taking part in the event and any related activites. By signing this waiver, I also give permission to the WV Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program to use any photos that may be taken of me for promotional purposes of the program.
