Event Description
Josh’s Jog is a 5k held in memory of Josh Rominger, a Davie County teen who passed away on April 10, 2013 after a year and a half battle with cancer. Proceeds from this event benefit CureSearch for Children’s Cancer, a foundation whose main mission is to fund children’s cancer research, so that one day, no child will ever have to endure the horrible disease.
Josh’s Jog is fit for everyone! We offer a timed race of 3.1 miles and also a fun run/walk of a shorter distance.
And remember, doggies are always welcome!

I further warrant and represent that I am in proper physical condition to participate in Josh’s Jog and am not participating in this even against physician’s advice nor am I taking medications which would impair my health or ability to participate in Josh’s Jog. Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes.
