5K Road Race
Abilites abound at the Seven Hills Foundation AbilityFest on Sunday, October 1, at Institute Park in Worcester, our 3rd annual fun and inclusive community celebration!
The 5K road race is fast and mostly flat. Starting at 11 AM, you’ll swing through the tree-lined neighborhoods of Worcester’s west side. Central Mass Striders will time the race, with prizes going to the top three men’s and women’s finishers. Register today!
AbilityFest celebrates the abilities in all of us! Festivities begin at 10 AM with fun activities for children and adults to keep everyone moving and entertained. Plenty of vendors will be on hand with food, beverages, and handmade wares, and local musicians will be performing live. All this and more, and only at AbilityFest!

I hereby irrevocably grant to Seven Hills Foundation, or their respective assigns, the right and permission to use the use my name, likeness, voice, image or photograph of me, gathered in connection with this event, in any media or manner for the purpose of promotion of AbilityFest, Seven Hills Foundation, and their programs, including this event and other events. If this release is for a minor, I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor/dependent named.
