Event Information
The Krit Classic 5k
The Krit Classic is a certified, sanctioned 5k Road Race for Runners and/or Walkers, established by the family of Krit Kearins, an Andover High School athlete who died of head trauma in September of 2008 from a bicycle accident. A scholarship is given annually to an Andover High School student.
Kids Fun Run
The Kids race uses the high school track. The race is divided into 2 age groups and starts 1 hour before the 5k, promptly at 8:30.
Parking
Ample free parking in the high school lot and adjacent middle school lot.
Tee Shirts
A signature Krit Classic quality tee shirt will be given out until supply lasts.
All previous years' tee shirts will be available for anyone would like one for free.
Number pickup
Your chipped bibs can be picked up Saturday, June 2nd from 10 -2 at IPF, 303 Main Street, North Reading as well as Sunday, June 3rd starting at 7 AM in the cafeteria at Andover High School.
Payment
Credit cards accepted through online Registration up to Race Day then only Cash or Check will be accepted at the race site.
The fee on race day will be $35.
