Cape Cod Outer Beach Run

I assume all risks associated with running the event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather (including rain, wind, snow, ice, cold and high heat or humidity), traffic and the condition of the beach, conditions of the ocean, and hazards that may exist under the sand. I am aware that running on the Cape Cod National Seashore Outer Beach brings with it the possibility of being in remote areas that are difficult to access; I understand how to prepare for such conditions in terms of running gear, clothing and/or costume. In consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Cape Cod National Seashore Lifeguard Alumni Association, The Members of the Cape Cod National Seashore Lifeguard Alumni Association, the Cape Cod National Seashore, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors for all claims and liabilities arising from my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photograph, motion picture, recording or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose.
