About This Event
The Run Southwick Memorial Weekend Run on May 27th is our first annual run/walk fundraising event for Team Justice and the Southwick Civic Fund. This event starts and finishes at Whalley Park in Southwick, MA. This run/walk is a fun and family-friendly way to raise awareness about Team Justice (a non-profit organization for kids) and Southwick Civic Fund (a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to its local communities including Southwick, Granville and Tolland). Beer, Wine and Ice Cream
All kids participating in the Kids 1K Run will receive an ice cream from Moolicious Farms as part of their registration! All participants 21 and older will receive a beer or wine after completing their event from the Westfield River Brewery as part of their registration. Beer and wine will be available for purchase during the event. Many other vendors will be present for this event, so please visit www.runsouthwick.com for more details!
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will take place on Saturday May 26th, 2018 from 2pm-6pm at the Westfield River Brewery located at 707 College Highway Southwick, MA 01077. Same day packet pickup will be available from 9:30am - 11am on the day of the event May 27th 2018.
Weather and Refunds
This event takes place rain or shine. There are no refunds. The event organizer has the right to change, shorten or even cancel the event, if, is his or her judgment, environmental conditions including weather become dangerous; in this situation no refunds will be given.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry. I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Run Southwick, Team Justice, Southwick Civic Fund and Nurse Anesthesia Professional Services (NAPS) for the 2018 Memorial weekend event to be held on May 27th, 2018 including 1K Kids Run/2.5K Walk/5K Run/10K Run , and its respective, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, the Town of Southwick, the State of MA, sponsors, race officials, organizers and volunteers associates with this event for any injury that may occur as a result of my participation in this event. Further, I agree that any pictures or photographs taken of me by Harvest Hill Photography or their respective agents, in connection with this event are owned by the race organizers (Run Southwick, Team Justice, Southwick Civic Fund and NAPS), and I waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product. I hereby irrevocably grant to, or their respective assigns, the right and permission to use or license the use of my name, likeness, voice, image or photograph of me, gathered in connection with this event, in any media or manner for the purpose of promotion of the Run Southwick and Memorial Weekend Runs and their programs, including this event and other events. I understand I am not guaranteed a photo. If this release is for a minor, I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor named below. I consent to the foregoing on behalf of such minor and personally join in the affirmance of representations set forth above.
