About the Treat Yourself 5K
Join us for the third annual Treat Yourself 5K: A Family Fun Run Benefiting Elders, the Community and You on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Seward Park. This event includes various avenues for you to treat yourself— a healthy activity of a 5K run or walk, complimentary treats to indulge in afterwards, time with family and friends, and information to encourage a healthy mind, body and soul.
Beneficiaries
The Treat Yourself 5K directly benefits two Providence Senior and Community Services ministries in King County, Providence ElderPlace (PEP) and Providence Heritage House at the Market (PHHM), who together serve over 1,500 people a day in need of comprehensive health care, assisted living, skilled nursing and social services. Services provided by these two ministries include:

Comprehensive health care and social services to help the elderly remain healthy and independent for as long as possible.
Adult Day Program
Activities and classes to support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of seniors.
Assisted Living
A broad range of care services that support an independent lifestyle, while still enjoying the privacy of an individual apartment.
