Neither I nor any party I am registering will enter and participate unless medically able and properly trained, and by submitting this registration, I certify that I and any entrant I am registering are medically able to perform this event, and in good health, and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but no limited to: falls, contact with participants, pedestrians, and vehicular traffic, the conditions of the road, and the effects of weather, including extreme cold, high heat and/or humidity. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I do hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release any and all rights for claims or liabilities I may have against the event organizer(s), the city or town and property owners where this event is held, event sponsors, volunteers, and representatives by my registration and participation in this event, even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver. I grant permission to the event organizer(s), partners, sponsors, to use my name, photographs, video, audio, and likeness in the promotion of its events, services and products.
