Cosmo 7K Seattle - Event Information
Join us August 26th, 2018 on Alki Beach for the Cosmo 7K! Once again, you’ll find us soaking up the sun along the shores of Alki Beach in Seattle. Offering a 7K Run and a 5K Run/Walk, the run will feature out/back courses along the shores of Elliott Bay before returning back to Alki Beach for a post-run celebration new to the Seattle area. After the run is over, the younger runners get their change in the Cosmo Kids 1/2 Mile Run for boys & girls 10 and under. The finish line festival will once again feature live music, goodies/giveaways and of course… Tito’s Vodka Cosmos for all participants over 21!
Previously an “All-Women’s” Race – In 2018, we are inviting male participants to join in the fun. While we partner with Northwest Hope & Healing, an organization focusing on providing assistance to women undergoing breast or gynecologic cancer treatment, we recognize not only females want to support this amazing organization. Though we continue to cater towards women, we want to everyone that wants to support NWHH to have the opportunity, and that starts with participating in the event and fundraising.
The Cosmo 7k partners with Northwest Hope & Healing as the beneficiary of this event. This amazing local organization supports women undergoing breast or gynecologic cancer treatment at Swedish Cancer Institute who are struggling to meet basic needs. 100% of fundraising and donations raised at this event will benefit the work they do.
