Costumes for Cancer 5k Run and 2.5k Walk

I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the event, sponsors, coordinating groups and any individuals associated with the event, their representatives and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with this event and any post-event trick-or-treat activities. I acknowledge that if I choose to visit any post-event trick-or-treat stops I am doing so at my own free will and event organizers are not responsible for any injuries in connection with such participation. I attest that I am physically fit to compete in this event. I agree to indemnify all against any claim, damage, loss or expense of whatever kind or nature that the race may have to pay that arises from my participation in the race or post-race trick-or-treating. I also grant my permission to use photographs, motion pictures or video tapes of me participating in this event for any purpose whatsoever. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event. I also understand that there are no refunds regardless of the circumstances and that I must be present to receive my race t-shirt. Race management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of management's control such as weather, natural disasters or other emergencies.
