Our Frozen Yogurt 5K (Virtual) aims to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and support through Gándara Center.
A virtual format allows for safe social distancing, flexibility and diversity.
Walk, jog or run anytime, anywhere, August 15th through August 22nd! Yes, a treadmill counts, but we encourage you and your family to get some fresh air). Finish the race when you've crossed the 5KM mark (roughly 3.1 miles).
Upload your results and earn your finisher medal! (*NOTE* Medals will be mailed to your address after the race period ends and your results have been uploaded))
